Embrace it! Delay it! Reject it! God is in the blessing business without limits. Yet we put limits on Him. Do you believe that God allows a certain individual to cross your life pathway? Have you wondered why you gravitate towards a certain person? What is the reason that this person came into your life at this particular time? I have no doubt that God does orchestrate your path to cross with someone that will enhance your life in some form of way according to His will. I have no doubt that our lives are ordained by God. So what seems coincidental is really predestination. Yet, many will doubt it, shrug it off and even dismiss that person. While others continually question it for an understanding, however, they are really pushing that person away. We need to develop the trust in God as the thief trusted Jesus while hanging on the cross. Even at the last mile of that thief’s life; he spoke up for Jesus while the other criminal was mocking Jesus. Who knew at this point that the thief and Jesus would cross paths then? God knew: our Savior while hanging on the cross still proceeded to be about His Father’s business and saved that thief by uttering, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” So whatever hang-ups you may have. Or issues that you have to work through; get it right today. For God is sending angels in your life for a reason. Don’t be hardhead to quickly dismiss their presence and possibly your blessing. Be like the thief. Luke 23:39-43 (NIV) One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”
