Rochas Okorocha The people of Imo State were stunned last Wednesday, during the state of Imo address by Governor Rochas Okorocha, at the convention Center when he said that he does not believe in Due Process. He said he does not believe in Due Process because that breeds corruption, saying that by the time money is released from Abuja and the time is gets to the state under the due Process, it must have been reduced to peanuts because the people at the various offices would cut down the money as it got to their offices. Okorocha mentioned his achievements in the state within the period of three years to include the Imo state College of Advanced Professional Studies (ICAPS) where he said he lectures sometimes and that the college has produced professionals. He also listed the Ojukwu center, the Heroes Square and the Heroes Apartment, the renovated Government house which he said is the most beautiful in the whole of the Federation, the city School at Wetheral which he said the president mistook for a university when he visited the state in Febuary 2014.
