As his clientele began to grow, he opened a second office in St. Barth in 2005 and later relocated from Paris. That same year, the firm negotiated a financing of $ 20 million and partnered with firms in New York, Paris and Luxembourg in the structuring of $40 million of financing for the construction of a new luxury hotel. The firm also advised a global bank regarding the regulation for banking and investment in Saint Barth, Guadeloupe and Martinique jurisdictions.
