Watched The Life and Death of Robin Williams on 20/20....amazing how one person can accomplish so much in their lives. He was so awesome, he made me laugh till my sides hurt and cry at the drop of a hat. Incredible actor, an incredible person that was so caring towards all, and gave so much of himself, just an amazing person. I knew this was going to be a tear jerky of a show. Seeing all the movies and accomplishments in his life on 20/20 brings back so many memories for me. I know from watching people in the hospital, and my past experiences, that you are no longer in charge of your mind or thoughts when you do this, you are not yourself, you are not in control, and panic and fear overwhelms you so badly that you act on it, this is why he slashed his wrist first then hung himself, he was not in control at all, he was in the deepest darkest place and as fast as that mans mind works, which is a BLESSING and a curse, you cant stop the thoughts from swirling round and around in your head. He was a genius and with a mind that brilliant with a brain working at the speed his did, it just wouldnt stop, you just get to the point you cant take it anymore. I am so saddened by this, especially when you know a person who loved life so much was in so much pain. I know, hard to fathom but its true, we cant even imagine how much pain he was truly in knowing he was leaving behind his family and the pain it would inflict on them. I always admired his openness and honesty about his problems with addiction, etc. he was such a good man. I wish so badly he could have been reached before it was too late, but Robin is at peace now and we forever will love and relive his life and amazing talented skill through his movies. I know I sure will because all his movies were awesome and so was he.
