Emotional Wellness MI2MH Thinking and feeling are two very big issues to great Mental Health. Dan Fisher is a doctor who was a consumer. He trains people and speaks about emotional CPR. It is a jump start technique to assist people who go into emotional crisis. The idea is to bring people back from no emotions or extreme emotions. We need to focus on managing emotions so they don’t go out of control. Keep emotions healthy. A good sense of emotions is positive feelings. The opposite may be depression. I remember depression as a darkness in the light of the mind. It is hard to get excited about little events when emotions are obscure, dark and hard to manage. The amount of energy we put into improving our emotions is a polarity from committed to not committed. Keep your emotions in check. It is a good way to not get committed (to a psych ward). As usual a plan is a good idea. To know the triggers of emotions and deal and resolve them before they become difficult to control or nerving to other people is a start of a good plan. What is important for others to do is to support me in times of emotional upheavals? Hang with good people who support emotional health. Feelings of emotional wellness include self-awareness. Know when you are acting emotionally different. Have the skill to manage emotions. Keep them in control. Use feeling in a fashion that is acceptable to society. Positive feelings of how you feel about yourself is another wellness. Ideas and self-talk is what we all do in our minds. This should be optimistic. We can have fun, laugh and feel good because we can resolve situation in a positive way. Being able to give and receive emotional support is another good thing. Particularly if the give and take is optimistic and positive. Are there things in your life you do on purpose to set your emotions to a right state of mind? When out of your mind and into negative feelings, being able to take charge and control and conquer feelings like anger, sadness, worry, fear, and hate are important tasks to deal with. Positive emotions include optimism, happiness, and self-esteem. We are able to manage emotions with good self-talk, managing stress, and connecting with others. Understanding and solutions are another part of an emotional plan. First know what the problem is. Then we figure steps to get over the emotions that are problems that holding us back. Know your strengths and resources to improve emotional wellness. A solution to keep your emotions bright and shining in the end is by keeping up with the things we do to build healthy emotions. A good way to find the truth is by surveying other people. Ways to measure emotional wellness are many. These suggestions come from a group of people finding the truth to good emotional wellness. Being able to express your feeling is a good way to cope. We all know people who keep in their emotions. They don’t speak about them until it is too late. The cap explodes from the bottle. Release the pressure by cracking the cap open a little at a time. This relieves the pressure that would fizz and bubble into a mess on the floor. Conflict under proper management can be healthy. Know your resources, strengths, abilities, and challenges. Give and receive support and assistance. Trust and respect are two qualities of a good relationship. Personal development means being aware and accepting emotions both good and bad, suddle and extreme. Sometimes we have difficulty making choices to direct our lives. Choose the positive. This helps you manage stress. Have the self-confidents to feel you can. Laugh at yourself and others. Laughter is a good emotion. It is a true sign a relationship is satisfying. Be happy. One thing that makes me confident and happy is the backing of a team. I find groups of people who care and have good intentions are a wonderful asset. It is hard to try to do things alone. With a helping hand things get easier. Things improve.
