Empaths live their lives around how things feel and can be oversensitive at the slightest remark, wasting huge volumes of energy and emotion trying to work through their hurt. This can cause them to withdraw while they process, or it can cause the opposite where they go overboard expressing their feelings impulsively to anybody who will listen and sometimes regret it later. But overall, I believe it is far better to be over-sensitive, than to be in-sensitive. Love, Brigit Goldworthy x
