Empire carpets and My Publisher are horrible!! Woman from Empire carpets (Robin) complained about how long it took to get to souderton. Told me, and I quote I have to pee. (twice she used that term) Told me that yes we need to get rid of the carpet b/c my house smells and then got mad at me when she told me that my 13x14 room would cost $2000 for laminate (a.k.a. FAKE WOOD) She then proceeded to tell me that she should have gone on vacation b/c this week was a complete waste of time! Dont use Empire Carpets! Corporate office said Were sorry. And My Publisher wont help me b/c my order went through already. (In less than 24hrs which even shocked the customer service rep) I tried to cancel my order about 10 mins after I placed it (you have up to an hour) I received an error message when I hit the cancel button. I couldnt get back to the page. They told me to call them next time for help. I replied It was 10pm!, You werent there! I use My Publisher for all my photo books!! For at least * years!!! WTF is wrong with businesses??????????
