Qualifications: -Master degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation emphasis). -Research experience in any of the following areas: traffic operations, traffic safety, traffic simulation, and intelligent transportation systems. -Experience in conducting statistical analysis using SPSS, SAS, or Minitab. -Excellent technical writing. -Publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals or conference proceedings is a plus.
