Ms. Myers began her career in alternative health working as a Brainwave technologist, working with clients suffering from insomnia, depression, anxiety and more. The early aromatherapy blends were inspired by past clients, many of which were women, who neglected their own needs when caring for others. She later studied aromatherapy at the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy to deepen her understanding of the plants she was working with and their impact on the human body. She incorporates these same techniques: aromatherapy, crystal and reiki healings into her own self care and hopes Pampered Goddess will inspire other women to do the same.
