Islamists have run down Egypt, Lybia, Mali, Syria, Iraq etc. Nigeria has more Muslims than these countries and from animosity with Israel, Nigeria ais as committed to all the causes of Islamist anger. Now while Egypt and Libya and Mali have bowed to Islamism in its various forms, Nigeria is holding the Islamists to the border towns. These people escape to Chad and Cameroun and Niger, regroup and come and unleash mayhem on these border towns. I read one fool talk about porous borders and I asked him if America has been able to secure its borders. I saw Obama refuse to go to the border with so many children crossing from Mexico into America. Now if we consider the impact of global terrorism that is even affecting hitherto safe havens, should not aour army be praised for the work it has done so far in keeping it to border towns? Again we must remember that every bomber has been caught. The Abuja bomber is in police custody. So many Boko Haram members are in prison. What exactly do people want from our army than to fight for them? 11 fathers got killed in Baga, instead of people wjho lay sweetly in their wives arms every night to show some appreciation, they talk about the army counting dead bodies before fleeing. people who did not even join cadet or Man O War in school always insulting the army. THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE ARMY MUST BE PRAISED FOR THE BATTLE SO FAR AND FOR KEEPING BOKO HARAM IN THE BORDER TOWNS. IT IS NOT EASY. MIGHTY WORLD POWERS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIGHT ISLAMISTS AND TERRORISTS.
