End Report on Vegas trip. Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7, 2013 Left Utah @ 7 a.m. (Pacific Time). Uneventful drive through Idaho, onward to John Day. O-nite in JD, highest temp all day was 91. OK. Good to be back in Oregon. High in the valley (noon-ish) was 77! Again, uneventful and HOME @ 3 p.m. – to our anxious Kitty-cats! We will try to arrange a quick trip to Flagstaff someday, rent a car, drive to G. Canyon, say „Hi!“, return to Flagst. And fly home. A weekend - and be ASSURED of Air Conditioning! Quite a trip and Donna was the star! She did most of the driving and held up in the heat and frustrations like a true champ! Glad to share. K & D (back home in Seal Rock).
