Energy~Upgrade~ Those who are able to hear the ringing in the ears and head are getting new streams of information downloaded into them. An upgrade like a computer. You may need to shut down to reboot your system, meaning sleep to incorporate this new energy within your different bodies. For the next couple of days, weeks, even months you may notice changes & newness around you regarding: people, new ideas, interests, thought patterns, and or new ways of doing things. You may no longer need some people, places, and , as seen by these falling away. You may have a change in perspective. Things are just easier and people are just happier around you. Intuition is being heightened. Question nothing and go with your heart resonance. When you live from your heart you hear - not from your head. A physical detox will be happening for some. It is a natural cleansing of the old physical density that is no longer needed. Allow it to happen. Drink water to flush your system faster. Nauseousness is physically felt when a lot of new light energy enters you. Breath to get the energy moving around within you and move your joints. Breathing helps with the upgrade, realignment, detox, and implementation of the new energies. One can notice their etheric body getting an upgrade, with waves/flowing streamers, changing the energy that once was prior to it entering the physical body. Euphoric excitement is taking place again. Go within and just pay attention to what you are getting. Honor what you get, for it is your truth. Honor others ideas and behaviors, for it is their truth.
