English lesson for the day: (Because I saw someone on TV make this mistake at least three times last night and I see it quite regularly on Facebook, too) If you would say we in a sentence, then you must say (someones name) and I. For example: We have many pets. Bart and I have many pets. NOT - Bart and me have many pets!!!! If you would say us in a sentence, then you must say (someones name) and me. For example: My mother gave us a gift. My mother gave Bart and me a gift. AND CERTAINLY NOT - My mother gave Bart and I a gift. Thank you for your attention.
