Bartenders will create a special cocktail menu and donate all tips to the charity of their choice, with Triniti matching that donation up to $1,000. The new weekly series was created by Trinitis new bar manager Laurie Sheddan, pictured here, and kicks off tonight with Brandon Ricks of Captain Foxhart’s Bad News Bar at 7pm.
