Enjoy this gluten free recipe. To make it dairy and egg free you could replace the eggs with flax seeds and water (1 Tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 Tbsp warm water= 1 egg, let sit for 5 minutes) and replace the melted butter with melted extra virgin coconut oil. You have now an improved, healthier version that can be used on the elimination diet if you eliminate the chocolate chips (could replace with raisins). For those who can have chocolate, I found gluten free, 70% cocoa, chocolate chips at Homesense, by Prana. Enjoy!
