💖 Enjoying Duaa 💖 One of these nights could be Lailathul qadr, a night of accpetance of our Duaa, and some of us have problems making duaa. (Well at least I did). Here are some tips for Duaa making inspired by some lectures and articles I came across. 1. 🐞Butterflies in your stomach. Yes, butterflies. Your duaas are supposed to give you butterflies. How can they? well dont make ur duaas boring, give them life, have some vision. Heres an example: Dont just say Oh Allah give me a pious husband or Make my husband pious, instead, Oh Allah, you are Al Fattah, open doors for me and my husband, make us do dawah together, make us learn the deen together Oh Allah you are Al Wahhab, provide for us so that we can go perform hajj together Oh Allah make my husband knowledgeable, 📚give him righteous company 👬 and make his recitation of the quraan the only thing I want to listen to Oh Allah let him be my Aalim , let him be the one who shows me the straight path with your permission Enough butterflies? :D 2. Don’t make your duaas too unreaslistic OR too easy to achieve. You are asking for Jannah, obviously we all do, but also ask for ways to get there. Without just asking to make you pious, keep breaking it down, Oh Allah wake me up for Thahajjud Help me understand the Quraan better Make my recitation more beautiful Answer the duaas of others through me Give me opportunities to take someone out of difficulty 💸 Give me righteous friends who remind me of you, take away any bad company that I can have Even when you are asking for health, just dont say Oh ALlah make me thin 🚴🚵, make a workout plan, and then Ask ALlah to make it a reality. Oh Allah you are Al qadeer, give me the strength to go on the treadmill everyday for 30 mins :D Also attach akhira to any du’a you want to make for the dunya. Money? – So that I can give Sadaqah. Health? – So that I can help people and perform ibadah energetically 3. Have a few dream duaas that you are planning to work on, for a specific time period, say 6 months? may be to finish memorizing a certain portion of the Quraan? ✅and yeah, keep asking, and keep working for it. Have this burning desire to get your dream duaas done. 4. Have a vision for your duaa. You want to be a doctor who saved the children of Gazza? well IMAGINE it. You want a house with a swimming pool and an indoor sports place and all that? Imagine that too. NOT CARTOON IMAGES PLEASE! Imagine real stuff. Whom are you asking, you are asking the creator of the entire universe, and you imagine cartoons??imagine and ask for spacious house in jannah with a sea view and on The highest peak close to best beaches 5. PIck a place in your house 🏡 or office that you spend a lot of time in. Say your bed room, and attach a duaa that you are currently asking, for each piece of furniture. You want a goodlooking/caring/pious husband? That can be your door . A cute little child? That can be your desk. Everytime you look at these things, spend at least a seond making dua for it :) *Duaa is Ibadah, remember :)* 6. Have milestones for your duaa. Make a chart of all the experiencesi that you think should happen to you before you get to that BIG answer to your du’a. Heres an example. You are waiting to conceive? Dont just ask for a pious/obedient child. Have a picture of that child in your mind Lets be realistic. And then, set milestones. First would be a positive ✅ pregnancy test? Imagine it, make duaa for it. and then an ultrasound scan? do the same for it. Then picking up baby clothes 👖 :) and furniture :) May be make posters for different duas and look at them everyday 7. Have Yaqeen that Allah WILL answer your duaa :) Dont say In sha Allah, be certain :) Are you waiting to get married? 👰 well look for your wedding dress for your perfectly segregated islamic waleema ;) its ok if you havent found a match yet. There are people who were waiting to have kids for 10 long years, and they actually purchased baby clothes,👖 because they were so certain their dua will be answered, and Alhamadulillah, their kids are really wearing those clothes now :) Make ur duaas humble commands. Allah promised acceptance of your dua, given that you ask sincerely :) 8. You want a child? Dont limit your dua! dont say Oh Allah just give me ONE and I wont ask again. Whom are we talking to? the KING of kings :) the MOST merciful, Al Wahhab, the one who bestows the MOST! Al Ghaniyy! there is No one more wealthier than him. ASK for plenty. Imagine Bill gates (OR SOMEONE RICHER) 💸 gives you an opportunity to come and ask him ANYTHING you want (lets not factor in our ego for a second) will we be asking for a penny? :) ASK ALLAH FOR THE BEST OF EVERYTHING! ! 9. Take a sheet, ✏ write down times when duaas are accepted the most. And assign each of your dream duas to specific time . Keep repeating them every single day, Make sure you twist your words and make it more beautiful each time :) Allah loves beautiful duaas. Mention His names 💖. Actually right down a name of His for each of the du;ass that you have written down 10. Be thankful to Allah for every step of the day. Thank him for giving you the opportunity, for choosing YOU, to make duaa in the first place :) And thank him, praise him, even before He actually answers your duaa. Know that He knows what;s best for you better, know that He knows the best timings to make your dream come true. 11. Stop complaining. focus on the good things :) pray to Allah to make the bad things good. Have Taqwa. AVOID sins, Repent more :) Make sincere duaa. Complain ONLY to Allah :) He should be the first to hear your problems and He should be the first to hear about what made you happy. HAVE FAITH :) ALLAH IS ENOUGH FOR US.
