Enrollment for 2014-2015 Academic Year (revise on 10th September, 2013) Parents can submit the application form at the Joint School Seminar on Mission and Curriculum, located at Shatin Heung Yee Kuk Building, on 7th September, 2013. Parents can also submit the applications to one of our five schools on 9th / 10th September, 2013. remark: Shatin N1 and Fanling N1 are full. Starting from 11th September, 2013, no N1 application forms will be accepted or given out from these two schools. If it is sent by post, submission date confirmed by the stamp chop (10th September, 2013.) Parents can download the application form from our website. Please bring the following document for application: 1. Child’s birth certificate (original & copy) 2. Immunization record (both original & copy) 3. 2 photos (4X5cm) 4. 4 self-addressed envelope (each with a $1.7 stamp) 5.
