This is a form of collectible and definitely pop culture. I hate to have to sell this mask but I need the cash to pay for my husbands medical expenses. Up for sale is a one of a kind custom made Freddy Krueger mask that was made of a really heavy and dense black latex. The paint job on it is amazing as the pictures show. When we first got it the mask was uncut and still even had its eyes filled in. We split it up the back and added a strapping system to help pull it taught to my husbands face. Some of these pics are when my husband was cosplaying; these are of it in its full glory. The mouth was slit so it does have a range of movement to it. you can stick your tongue out and if needed drink throw the mouth. The skin tone depends on lighting. The comic con pics are well lit so he looks flesh toned. Amazing detail in sculpting too! As I said, changes tone when moved. This is the back of it and the ties I spoke of. My husband has a lot of long thick hair so others may not need to tie it. And finally the strange heavy duty material the mask was made of. Not your standard latex pull thats for sure. Im kind of sad to see this go after all these years but as you can see its not the standard costume shop Freddy mask. Im wanting to say its based off of Nightmare 2.
