Epsom Salts Detox Bath Epsom Salts baths (or Hydrated Magnesium Sulphate) seem to be one of the most popular forms of detoxifying baths. How To Take a Clay Bath: Scatter 2 cups of Bentonite Clay powder like Redmond Trading Company Clay or Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Deep Pore Cleansing into a very hot water bath as its running. To avoid lumps, mix 1 part clay to 8 parts water in a container with a lid and shake vigorously.
