[Equality] So many men get it wrong in thinking that women either want: 1) A man to take charge 100% of the time and control things completely (including her); or 2) A total and complete 50/50 relationship (read: a need to split EVERYTHING right down the middle). Both of these thoughts do not promote a successful relationship. So many women today want the best *both* worlds. They want a man who is confident, can lead, can protect/provide (traditional/primal Alpha Male qualities), AND can be emotionally-available, caring, honest and upfront, empathetic, and actively *listen* without feeling the need to solve her problems for her. For these men, it takes a willingness to look at ones self and come to a realization that can be tough any man to face: Many women simply arent satisfied with what [many] men offer in life and love. To men facing their own demons and coming in to their own self-discovery, I humbly offer this: Theres nothing wrong with needing to grow. Its makes us all human. Everyone is on the same path, just in different places.
