Eric Courtaway, Casey Easton and I took the kids skating last night and a teenage boy tried to assassinate me! He sped by me and accidentally kicked my foot out from under me. Unfortunately, it was the foot that was supporting me. So...I (gracefully, of course) went flying through the air parallel to the floor...and then slammed full force into the floor flat on my back. Lmbo!! The kid felt awful and came to check on me and apologize...as did Eric (who was laughing hysterically, btw.) No doubt the kid was freaking out because he knocked down the old lady. Lol! I did fare much better than my friend who was there with her family though. I am just really sore today...she fell and broke her wrist in 5 places!! It was awful! Liberty and Paisley started off rough, but got much better as the night went along! I was proud of them for sticking with it! They had a blast! Unfortunately, Maverik didnt have much fun! He was flailing everywhere and after 3 tries (which we pep talked him into)...he was crying and wanted his skates off. Then he tried to sleep on a bench and fell off. Lol. Crying resumed. I told him we would try again another time and he said yeah...when Im 10. ~Fail~ Lol. He paid me back today by trying to drown me at the YMCA. Lol
