Eugene, OR Babes adoption didnt work out. He hid under the bed and his adopter didnt have the time to work with him to help him gain his confidence. Please share this sweet boy so he can find his forever home! Babe is a beautiful, sweet orange tabby who is around 8 years old. Babe is very loving and loves to be held, petted and kissed. Babe is very timid and is being picked on by the cats in his home and spends most of his time under the bed. His owner, Kim, really wants to find Babe a home where he isn’t being dominated by other cats. Babe was abandoned when his owner moved last winter. Kim observed him trying to get in the locked cat door. She and her husband trapped Babe and took him in. Though very shy, he quickly showed how affectionate and loving he was. Babe is looking for a quiet home and someone patient to work with him to help him gain his confidence. Babe is up to date on his vaccinations. He is neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV and he is treated monthly for fleas. From Kim: Babe would do well with other cats who arent very dominant. He is afraid of kids, men and dogs. He is warming up to my husband, so I believe a quiet couple would be fine for him It breaks my heart to get rid of Babe but he needs a better home, where he can become the loving kitty he wants to be. He will need someone who understands he will take several weeks to come out of hiding. Once he does, he would love to sleep on the bed. If an adoption does not work out, I would want Babe back.
