Eunie Style Gravy Ingredients (serves 4) • 1.4 kg bones with a little natural fat • Salt to taste • 1 large onion, finely chopped • 2 large tomatoes, pureed • 2 tbs tomato paste • 1 tbs, garam Masala • 1 tbs, royco powder • 1 tbs, coriander powder • 1 tsp, cumin powder • 2 ½ cups, water Directions i. Boil the bones in 2 cups of salted water for 20 minutes ii. Mix all powdered ingredients with ½ cup of water and add to the boiling bones, over low heat iii. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 15 minutes iv. Serve hot.
