Evangelicals Dont Genuinely Believe their Own Material—Material Still Preferred for Addressing Behavioral Difficulties Evangelicals dont genuinely believe their own material, which shows how the religion is an occupational arrangement thats still being chosen by society to address behavioral difficulties—not truth seeking of any kind. The religion is an exercise in the learning of how to skillfully pretend. Anyone who reads the New Testament carefully, not like some kind of sap would do, while paying attention to its themes and emphases [since without those themes the book would have no unity] should eventually notice its vulnerabilities by way of those in relation to several potential problem areas... that is if this book were more fully discovered as containing mostly fiction, if of course it were indeed mostly fiction. First theme: The religion could not have existed had its authors not immediately dealt with the absence of Jesus after he was deceased. For its proponents would need to say that yes he did go away, but that he will also come back again. Otherwise the religion would have been completely void of any pertinent meaning therefore incapable of delivering any sort of impact. However, for them to claim that he is coming back would also open up many serious cans of worms—problems whereby the religion would become vulnerable to discovery that its a fraud which has enjoyed being designated “the Truth.” How obscene! In terms of what should be proper human relations moving forward, at least. Next theme: Revelation (repeated in many of its verses) and Matthew (check Matthew 7:21-23) both indicate that if a person doesnt do the right things at the end of the world that they will go into a never-ending lake of fire. Therefore, paying close attention to the New Testaments end-of-the-world scenario would be of the utmost importance, were that actually true, so that a person could avoid doing the wrong things and, as a result, wind up in what the Bible describes as a horrible place of torment. Now combine that with another NT theme: The New Testament also repeats that Christians should expect martyrdom, that martyrdom is the normal way for a Christian to come to his or her own end, which is the theological result of a number of underlying reasons that I wont delve further into at this time since doing that isnt needed to make this point. For examples of how the New Testament declares Christians should typically expect to die as martyrs, please check 2 Corinthians 4:10-11, Revelation 6:11, Revelation 20:4, and 2 Timothy 4:6-8. Now combine what Evangelicals claim to believe today about themselves in relation to the end of the world, which to make this understandable please tolerate the next very long sentence: So if Evangelicalism—after adopting its 19th century product called dispenationalism, along with its completely irresponsible and/or theologically infantile end-of-the-world scenario—[So if Evangelicalism, once again] is by that actually endangering the eternal well-being of Christians, for not properly preparing them according to what a full dose of the NTs scriptures explain about all of this (scriptures from a God who cant lie therefore cant fail to explain properly either) [as the dispensational end-time scenario was apparently adopted by Evangelicalism just to make it easier to market the religion to the public for occupational/financial reasons]... then it would have been very important [were this religion somehow actually true, i.e., true as in Jesus having factually risen from the dead after indeed working all of those miracles attributed to him]... then it would have been very important for a genuine believer to very carefully research all of this, i.e. were he a responsible person given the preposterous situation which all of that creates [thus he would need to meanwhile click off his own common sense about what all of that should really be telling him as well, to give this religion every possible benefit of a doubt, doubt this time in its favor]... that sincere believer, once again, would then need to figure out what the true end-of-the-world scenario is so that he could warn everyone since Evangelicalism has been dropping the ball so completely on that. Thats just exactly how crazy saving this faith as somehow still legitimate actually is or would be. And if God doesnt interact with a person who is trying that hard to get everything correct, just like his book depicts all of that [especially according to its repeated themes and emphases!!!] then the faith would most assuredly have to be completely man-made and so thoroughly false that its nothing whatsoever to be afraid of. Which then leads to the conclusion that what is mainly so attractive about this religion to people, besides it offering that prospect of living forever, is that it has turned into a means for addressing behavioral difficulties—reward for doing good and punishment for doing bad—despite how the New Testament has all of that double talk about how people cant earn their salvation and/or eternal bliss, all while if a person doesnt perform well then everlasting fire is waiting just ahead. -DL
