Evangelist" Corner NICE IS NOT A FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT I"m amazed how political correctness has invaded the mainstream churches in this great land we call home! I"m in awe of the importance laid on the young believer to just be nice. When in confusion or doubt over issues they are trying to correct in their walk and have heard from a minister God wants to heal you. They come forth get hands laid on them go home in worse shape than when they came,(typical pentecostal Sunday morning) only to get scolded or reprove for searching for the Truth. Did God lie, did this preacher lie, does this pastor really have all this Power he preaching about in him, is he just a fake? All these questions bombarding his mind and all he knows is I still hurt! I"m still sick, and somebody is a lie here! God forbid he vocalize these haunting questions! Dont let him come out in simple curiosity in a crowd of "church people"and ask one of these forbidden questions, when and if he"s honest enough to do so, we are already trained! We have practiced the fruit of "lets just be nice now"! As the more "experienced" christians line up for row call here we go one by one 1) dont question God he knows what He"s doing, 2) O dont say that about the pastor he"s a very nice preacher,3)The minister has enough faith, you just didn"t have faith, 4) Dont say " is he a fake?" Fakes are only on T.V. or in these mega churches! 5) What about this stupid statement some would have the nerve to tell a grieving husband, "she"s in heaven now God just needed another angel! (that almost made me cuss!). Come on Kevin let"s just be nice! As we send this young convert back to his environment in total disarray. Now he knows watch ya mouth! so as he goes off wondering Jesus must be trying to teach me some thing. God does heal or deliver just not me! Whats wrong with me,why can"t I get my blessing from God? And we have thoroughly succeed in the mission of the religious:Mat 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. Look here I"m not just picking out penticostals to slash at, I"m pentecostal and glad about it! Don"t worry you baptist folks I got something for you too, and it AIN"T NICE either. See most my folks done built 50 Baptist churches! GET MY NEXT POST! The problem here is error and the spirit of error! Truth: God does not heal any more! God healed all once,at once at the same time and place He saved all once, at once! HE WILL NOT BE OFFERED UP AGAIN for you or anyone else! If healing is not in your body it does not mean He did not put it in your spirit when you were born again! Work on getting it from your spirit where God lives with you into your physical body and forget about somebodies feelings in your pursuit. IF I HEAR ONE MORE PREACHER SAY "GODS ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING HERE" I MIGHT PUKE ON HIS CHURCH CARPET! Some times I wonder just whose payroll the five fold ministry is on these days? I was always told don"t trust a public defender his check is signed by the same one who signs the solicitors! Don"t talk to me about "be nice" if I do the only one I will let down is the only one I don"t want to!
