Even amidst this devastating loss and tragedy, there are still noticeable blessings present. It has been the worst week of my life, but were it not for my family, I wouldnt have made it through. I never realized just how close knit we are until this week. Its a wonderful thing having cousins who are more like siblings than cousins, and having aunts and uncles who love us and treat us like their own children. The amount of time Ive gotten to spend with each of my family members this week has been such a blessing. We each miss Brandon desperately, but we can still feel his love for us continuing to live on inside of us. I have my family, I have everything.
