Even people who think that they are stretching their quads often are doing something quite different. Id start on the floor, keeping the bikini triangle grounded. Remember to breathe. And only go as far as you comfortably can. Jamming up your low back is no fun! Neither is twisting your knee. Feel the truth of where youre at. Thats Yoga.
