Even though I have had my vitamix over 14 years never tried making bread. Today was the day. Used the start up guide and reviewed the YouTube video got the wheat berries and here is the result. When I used to use a bread machine there was a recipe that added cardamom, which I loved, so I added some fresh ground to this loaf smells great! Looks nice, taste very nice hint of cardamom.
