Even though it may seem, for some, that it is easier to be miserable & unhappy than it is to be Happy & Joyful. It seems easier to constantly complain instead of looking at the positive things that life has to offer. In reality it is actually much easier to be Happy & Joyful than it is to be miserable & unhappy. We actually use more muscles in our face to frown than we use to smile. So it makes much more sense that we need to smile. Be Happy. Be Joyful. Be Grateful. Most of all Be You. The Happy You! Love & happiness is our true nature... Happiness is not something God hands out to only some of use. Happiness & Love is something that is within all of us.
