Evening Ladies, Sorry to rant but couple of things need clearing up... Please be certain on your purchases, any questions i am more than happy to answer prior to completing your order as once purchased i can only offer an exchange... If you wish to exchange your item please do so within 3 weeks of purchase and ensure the product you are sending back to me is in an unworn condition with original tags intact .... FAULTY GOODS.. i will happily replace any faulty goods for you however, if you have a faulty item and wish it to be replaced please do so within 2 weeks of notifying me of a problem .. i do require the faulty item back so i can pursue the problem with the supplier.. i cannot keep chasing you asking when you wish to make the swap, if this isnt completed within the 2 weeks then im sorry but the swap will become invalid as i cant spend my time chasing and chasing you. I will only replace items within 1 month of purchase... hope you can understand x
