Evening ladies and gents - this evening I was taking a walk in the Hide Away area near Ingleburn and was approached by one of the local homeowners. He was concerned that after a large group of climbers visited the crag on Saturday, where their cars were parked a large amount of rubbish and food wrappers were left. I reassured him that most climbers are pretty conscious of this type of thing and I would post this in the guide and on here. Neil Monteith and I have cleaned up the area around this crag and are aware that a lot of the rubbish in the carpark area is left by bogan locals, but we need not upset the locals. If it was you and you are such a grub please sell your climbing gear on eBay and never come back to the crags or alternatively please wisen up bring out a plastic bag and drag home a little of others rubbish so we all can enjoy the area in the future. Lets not have more areas banned!
