Evening post - Day 214. Yet another good day. Stone is really feeling good . Amy says he is following his work very well. She has several educational type programs on his Ipad in which he has to follow commands to complete and he is doing very well with them. Weve all witnessed the power of prayer and today was yet another example . A door that was slammed shut in our face yesterday jumped back wide open today . Holly has been reinstated . Our team is back together. Thank you Lord. One thing that I learn more and more everyday is that you just have to turn it over to God. Today I bought a newspaper at the store. When I got back to my office and opened the door to get the paper out, a gust of wind took it from me and I found myself chasing the pages across the parking lot. At one point, I was down to the front page and every time I could almost put my foot on it there it would go again. I was laughing at myself. Then as I was running, I said: Come on Lord, let me catch it! Then it stopped. I thanked Him and picked it up and went on my way. I find myself continually checking in with Him for instruction and help. As I talked to the CEO at the hospital today, I said: Lord, Im just saying these words for you. Tell me what to say. And Favor falls on my mission. Ive always prayed and asked the Lord for favor; but its different now. As I pulled out to an intersection, to head home last night, I could go left or right to come home. There is still some debate amongst my team on which way is the shortest way home or the best route. I really wanted to turn left but at the last minute something told me to go right . I listen to these things more than I did before. Seems as if everything in my life will now be either before or after Stones illness . A line of demarcation that was established when time stopped and then restarted again. I say all this in a positive way. I feel better every day about our purpose of what God has shared with us. Ive witnessed the worst in life and the best all in one ride. While some of my duties are the same; many are very different . The knowledge that has been shared with me I know has a purpose to it. God has not shown this to me just to sit on it. So for now, I await my orders . Train rolls on !!
