NEXRAD and TDWR weathermod. Ionization produced by stripped electrons.... which act as CCN (cloud condensation nuclei) as proved and reported by Michio Kaku on ABC news at the end of last year. The weather channel (of all places) showed the 2GHz microwave experiments done by Dr. Soloban Tepic (MIT Double Phd) in Switzerland, on their geoengineering show hacking the planet. Microwaves induce electron precipitation (the precursor the plasma and lightning), the electrons produce CCN (rain), and the rotation of the beam produces ACTUAL rotation at or near the base station. OVER 150 documented cases of RADARs inducing tornadoes within 48 hours of emitting a pulse. Usually air force bases. Most recent example is Dover Delaware and Washington DC... had a RADAR pulse event, and then 3 days later, a tornado WARNING issued over the area which was pulsed. Happened here in St. Louis at the airport (the tornadoes went from the NEXRAD to the airforce missile defense RADAR, then to the Airport TDWR)... this happend FOUR times in the past 2 years. Also, happened in places like Key West Florida (not known for tornadoes) , happened in the winter on Rhode Island, happened in Pensacola during the major rain event last month, happened in California, Washington State, and even in Germany overseas. RADAR is 2GHz in full function, and pulses in the single MHz to 19MHz range. HAARP experiments have proved plasma can be generated in the ATMOSPHERE (not ionosphere) using 4MHz. NEXRAD and TDWR pulsing anywhere in this range. Non-pulse mode, 2GHz is the same frequency used to heat your food in your microwave, or to trasmit power across long distances...... as proved by the 1975 NASA JPL Goldstone experiments, where a 500,000 watt RADAR was used to transmit a 2.45GHz microwave beam in order to TRANSMIT WIRELESS POWER. It worked by the way. Summed up , its no accident that were seeing tornadoes hit airports. These are being created, or at BEST drawn into the area via an invisible rotation generated via frequency pulses from powerful microwave systems. Right now , the professionals are either in denial, or blissfully ignorant. I am not wrong, the facts are in, its just a matter of time before they figure it out.
