Date of Shoot: 19th August 2014. Mail the best 3 of your images to reachthalam@gmail before 11:59pm, 26th August 2014. For more info mail to reachthalam@gmail or call 9945516333 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Photos submitted must be at least 2000 pixels on the longer side. Photos must be in JPEG format. All participants who are selected for the Final Exhibition at Thalam must be able to supply high resolution images. 2. Only 3 images allowed per participant. 3. All entries in must be taken in on 19th August, 2014 only. 4. You are required to provide a unique title & description for each image submitted. 5. Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s). 6. Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited. 7. Submitted photos must be original, created and/or taken by the contestant. It must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. 8. Copyrights shall remain vested with the creator of the image. The images will be used only for the purposes of marketing and communication of the World Photo Day event. The Photographer will be credited wherever the image is used. 9. The top 40 images will be selected for the exhibition and Top 2 images will get to win a 16GB SD card each from Sandisk*. 10. The judges decision will be final and binding on all participants in respect to all matters relating to the contest 11. The Contest, Your Submission(s) and the Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws and limited to Bangalore jurisdiction.
