Eventful day! Anthony and I spotted a Lynx (Bobcat) in our yard, it was big too. We sighted it close to the shed. It initially scattered then lingered even in the presence of 2 Saint Bernards. I just heard three gunshots. The upside of living in a preserve you dont fear gunshots in the night as a threat to your personal safety as you would in a city. The downside, you hope no one else found that awesomely big cat, unless it was trying to eat someones puppy. The past few nights I had been hearing an animal call that startled me and caused me to do a pet check. Initially thought a single coyote trying to lure one of my pups into their pack. Nope just googled it, it was a Lynx. Im thinking she should be Loretta the Lynx? On another note, I mixed up the due dates on my psychology final and term paper. Exam due wednesday 11:59 pm completed Saturday, Paper due today at 11:59 pm completed today at 11:57 pm. Super good that I checked and was nearly done. All is back to peace and harmony, the Great Horned is who whoing, the crickets chirping, a kitten named Chicken perched on my headboard, a Saint running in his sleep (probably dreaming of a heroic act of keeping all whom he loves safe and sound) and a fox terrier I like to call Fatty McCheese trying to steal the covers in a desperate attempt to be allowed in my bed. I hope I do hear Loretta Lynx a Waylon tonight, that way I know shes safe. Good Night All!
