Events in chronological order: It was the morning of 15th Jan 2015 and i get a call from dad that left me frozen.His words were and i quote your mothers admitted in emergency.Her gall bladder has burst.Doctors have to perform a high risk surgery immediately I rush for vellore and see her lying in ICU with oxygen pipe inserted in her throat senseless.That was the most shocking scene ever..I waited in the ICU waiting hall for 72 hrs expecting news of her recovery. The ICU waiting hall was like hell.There was a pin drop silience which was sometimes broken by the sisters voice Relatives Bed 15 ..get these meds. Thats it.Finally doctors moved her to an area called HDU (high dependency unit) and later on to general ward.Amazingly she was recovering very fast.the first word that came out of her mouth seeing me was Son ,how r u and i smiled seeing the irony.Finally she was discharged a couple of days ago bringing our agony to an end.I would like to thank all my frnds,colleagues ,relatives for their sincere concerns and prayers which aided her recovery .A special mention to all the angels out there ie.. the surgeons ,doctors and nurses.I would like to end this ..quoting a line that was engraved in one of the ICU walls.It read GOD will bless thee out of zion
