Dear colleague, There are now over 18,000 nurses in Canada who have chosen to become certified in one or more of the Canadian Nurses Associations (CNA) 20 nursing specialties/areas of nursing practice. As a nationally-recognized nursing credential, CNA Certification confirms that an RN has committed to a national standard of professional competence and has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of their specialty/area of nursing practice. Our next exam administration is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2015. The application period to write the 2015 CNA nursing specialty certification exams opens on September 2 and runs until November 12, 2014.
