Ever heard of Tinder? Its like grindr, but for straight people. So anyway, no judgement and all but I never saw my self as the type to use an app like that. Then last week, I met someone who seemed pretty respectable all around, and found out he had an account. It wasnt much, but it tipped my opinion of tinder just enough that in a 3:30 am moment of yolo, I downloaded it. I have since realized two things: 1. Andaming jologs. As in. Putangina. 2. When I actually find a match (as in someone Im interested in whos also interested in me), I just freeze. Im using an app where I figure Hey, Id hook up with this person if I had the chance to. Then someone figures the same about me. This means that I actually DO have the chance to. That should probably lead to me doing something to take that chance, but it just doesnt. Ive been in relationships before. I dont have commitment issues (I think). But you know what I realized? Ive never had anything short term. I think I might have short term commitment issues.
