Ever since someone convinced me to volunteer at the Mt. Vernon Animal Shlelter I find it difficult working in an office. I really feel that I have found my passion. All my life nothing ever made me feel good about myself. I bought pretty things, had a great figure, loving family, great husband but still always felt ugly and unhappy. Once I met the dogs in the shelter my life changed. I no longer crave material things or outside beauty. I long to spend time with the poor pooches who have noone. I am blessed to be part of the volunteer program at MVAS. Now I want to leave my office job and donate more time to my dogs and the dogs at the shelter. I have the most supportive husband - as he tells me all the time that he wants me to be happy. He will 100% support me financially. I am torn because I make good money and even though I know God provides I am scared. Any thoughts?
