Ever wondered why it seems so easy for many martyrs, war heroes or political prisoners to accept pain, persecution, grief and even death? Well Iv come to realise that, its easier to accept pain when you understand the cause or understand the sacrifice you are making,... when the circumstances make sense. When calamity strikes, our first question is usually WHY?? its not the grief that will push you over the cliff.. its the confusion, the sense of abandoment...the absense of meaning if God loves me..why would he allow this to happen...Well, sometimes we just wont understand, and God wont make sense. ..... here is the hard truth, God is God! Ecclesiastes 11:5, As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mothers womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things...... As long as we live on this side of eternity, some things just wont make sense... here is my encouragement, even when God can not be tracked, He can be trusted.
