Every day I deliver my children go to school, clean up the house and cook dinner. In fact, As I finish the everyday’s routine, I for ever lie on the sofa to watch television. Whiles I wish to have a change. I know that I must do more movement and read more books to seek after a well mode of life. But I am too slothful to walk out the first step. I always have excuses, for example, I want to participate in a Yoga lesson and my companies suggested me several clubs but I repulsed them all. “The teacher looks not fine. It’s very far away from my house. The time schedule isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to get away the comfortable room to take part in Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
