Every day I send my kids go to school, clean the room and cook meals. To be honestly, when I accomplish the everyday’s work, I invariably lie on the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I intend to have a change. I know that I must do more sports and read more books to live a healthy life style. But I am too sluggish to pile out the first step. I for ever have excuses, for instance, I like to join a Yoga lesson and my friends adviced me a few clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time plan isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to get away the comfy room to join in Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
