Every day is Australia Day. This morning, January 26th, I was lucky enough to wake up to my smart phone yelling at me while I was in my snuggly bed under an insulated roof. I was lucky enough to scoff some breakfast and have a nice shower before I drove to work. I was lucky enough to have food in my stomach, clothes on my back and a paid job to go to. I worked a long shift, during which, I was entitled to take scheduled breaks. Far too many people in this world dont have the opportunity to experience the life we live here in Australia. We shouldnt need to have a day on the calendar to realise how lucky we are. To me, every single day is worth celebrating. I am so grateful to have the privilege of being an Aussie.
