Every election, every ballot, every vote is important. Your sewer - TopicsExpress

Every election, every ballot, every vote is important. Your sewer and water districts, your Sheriff and School Board. Your dike district, if you have one, MATTERS. Consider this: Barack Obama ran for Senate, then sought the Presidency. What if he had bee defeated in his run for Senate. Yes, he may still have won the Presidency or maybe not. The spotlight may have shifted to someone else. The point isnt about President Obama, its about someone starting at School Board and rising to Mayor, State Rep, or Governor. Tell me it doesnt matter when races are decided by 500 votes or less. If 600 more people had voted.... No, its not about big money controlling the media, its about every citizen believing they are valued and filling out that ballot, its about standing up and letting your free speech being heard at the ballot box.
