Every once in a while it dawns on me that many of you do not know my history. I remember thinking that it wasnt in my DNA to ever be healthy and fit. When I tell my story people say back to me that I should tell it more. I am very open about everything and I always have been, and those of you that know me know that I usually dont have a short answer, lol. So I made a short version video but I will include the long version video in the comment section below⤵️ So much has happened in the past two years and really I cant sum it up in two minutes.
