Every once in a while you come across work that is so genuine a soul-expression of the Artists passion that you cant help but swoon at the loom that they spin their tapestry and in this mastery The Historian Himself is a prime example as such an honest craftsman: articulating the ancient groans of earth and the paleo girths that riddle our soils and pull One and All into this Great Coil and I gotta admit that Ive been bit by his rhymes and the clever play of time that he aligns and then unwinds in this particular song (though he has many and none could do wrong) and so with all wordplay aside (for I could ramble on and on like the eons are long) I Am A HUGE Fan of the authentic, scientific, geographic quality of his work rolled and molded into a vision of True Artistic Prowess. His lyrics are genius streamline reams and he dons the persona of the very thing of which he sings; bridging brilliant paths between all the unseen avenues that are worth the traverse. His art makes me bones and me heart and me insides rattle and to every part of me that resounds I howl a Fangirls YOOOWWWLL! (Methinks me found a kindred of sorts, and thats fine: I cant think of a better way to be than a complete dork.) Enjoy! I recommend his developing Earth Beast series and I really LOVE Open Your Eyes.
