Every seemandhra citizen is dreaming that his city should be new capital of seemandhra If you are citizen of Seemandhra (or what ever the new name) and fought to be united read this: What about the loss of fertile land converted to real estate plots? what about the people who are agriculture labor loose their lively hood? What do we really gain if it is capital? What should be the criteria to select or choose an area/city for a capital? vested real estate interests ? Government will snatch formers land and sell to corporate companies in the name of development. There might have already started the political lobbying for this just watch which leader is holding or buying lands for himself or for his benamis.There will be big lobbying and ultimately common man will suffer. like Hi-tech city, babu had acquired lands for himself and his benamis before he floated /promoted Hi-tech city, also the Shamshabaad airport project. Why Hyderabad is made joint capital for 10 years? So that political parties can gain foot hold on the newly born states. The successful party can lobby for capital on the city it thinks beneficial for the politicians, it only paves way for real estates mafia the capital should be at a place where it is easily accessible to every one. it should not disturb existing economy. It should not convert agriculture land in to real estate. from my point of view we should see an opportunity to develop and undeveloped or underdeveloped area for capital. We must choose mostly dry and barren land which will develop the area and also doesnt disturb existing life. if we succumb to the our feelings that my town as capital, we are going to be losers.. Do we want to dance to the tunes of politicians or do we want to make the new seemandhra a strong state which can stand against and fight selfish opportunistic politics of this dirty politicians? The Swarnandhra is in our hands not in politicians hands Think ........we all have to think...let us make every one think ...think and act ప్రతి సీమాంధ్ర పౌరుడు తన నగర/పట్టణమే రాష్త్ర రాజధాని అవ్వాలని కలలు కంటున్నాడు మీరు సీమాంధ్ర పౌరులైతే ఇది తప్పకుండ చదవండిః మీ ఊరే రాజధాని అయితేః మీ ఊరి లొ మరియు చుట్టు పక్కల ఉండే పంట పొలాలు ఇళ్ళ స్తలాలు గా మరిపో తాయి. పంట పొలాల మీద అధార పడిన కూలీలు వలస పోవటమో లెదా భవన నిర్మాణ కార్మికులగా మారటమో జరుగుతుంది. అభివ్రుధ్ధి పేరిట రైతుల భూములను ప్రభుత్వం తీసెసుకుంటుంది. అదే భూమి ని ప్రయివేటు కంపనీల కు చౌకగా ధారాదత్తం చెయ్యగలదు. అటువంటి పరిస్తులలో ఈ రొజున విభజనకు శకరించిన నాయకులే వాటిని పొందటానికి ఎక్కువ అవకాశం ఉంది. అంటే చెజెతులా భూ మాఫియా కు పరొక్షం గా మనమే సహకరించినట్లు. రైతులు తమ బూములలోనే కార్మికులుగా పని చెయ్యవలసి రావచ్చు. హై-టెక్ సిటీ ప్రొజెక్ట్ మరియు శంశాబాద్ ఐర్పొర్త్ విషయాలు ఎవిధం గా ఇటు వంటి మెగా ప్రొజెక్ట్ లను తమకు అనుకూలంగా మార్గుకుని లాభ పడతారో అనే విషయాలకు ఉదాహరణలు.బహుసా ఇప్పటికే కొంత మంది రాజకీయ నాయకులు ఆ దిశగా పావులు కదుపుతున్నారని వినికిడి. ఇది ఎలా చేస్తరంటే ముందుగానే చుట్టుపక్కల స్తలాలను తమ పేరు మీద లెదా బేనామీ పేరుమీద కొని ఆ తరువాత రాజధాని ప్రకటిస్తారు. దాని తొ చుట్టుపక్కల స్తలాల ధరలు పెరుగుతాయి అప్పుడు స్తలాలు అమ్మి కాని మరోవిధంగా కానీ లాభ పడతారు. హైదెరాబాదు ను ఉమ్మడి రాజధానిగా కేద్రం ఎందుకు ఉంచింది? ఏ రాజకీయ పార్టీ సీమాంధ్ర లో బలీయం గా ఎదుగుతుందో ఆ పార్టీ నాయకులకు లాభం కలిగించటానికి. రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ మాఫియాను పుట్టించి, పెంచి పోషించటానికి.తద్వారా ధన లాభం పొందగలగటానికి, ఇది మీకు అసంబద్దం అని పించవచ్చు.రాజకీయ పార్టిల మనుగడకు ధనం సమకూర్చేది ఇటువంటి దళారులే అనేది మరియు విభజన పర్వానికి కారణం కూడా అనేది మనం ఇంకా అర్ధం చేసుకోక పోతే మనం పాఠాలు నేర్చుకోలెదనే అనుకోవాలి రాజధాని విషయం లో మన అలోచనా విధానం ఎలా ఉండాలి? ౧. రాజధాని అందరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉండాలి ౨. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ఆర్ధిక వనరులను విచ్చిన్నం చెయ్యకూడదు ౩. వ్యవసాయ భూములను ఇళ స్తలాలుగా మార్చ కూడదు నా ఉద్దేశ్యం ప్రకారంః మన రాష్త్రాన్ని బలమైన రాష్త్రం గా అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవటానికి మరియు అభివృద్ధి చెందని లేదా తక్కువ అభివృద్ధి చెందిన ప్రాంతాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవటానికి ఇది ఒక మహత్తర అవకాశం గా గుర్తించాలి , ముఖ్యం గా పంటలు పండని మెట్ట భూములుఉన్న లెదా ఆర్ధిక వనరులు అసలేలేని ప్రాంతాన్ని రాజధానికి అనువైన ది గా గుర్తించాలి. ఆ ప్రాంతాన్ని రాజధానిగా అభి వృద్ధి చెయ్యలి ప్రాంతీయ భావాలకు తావివ్వకుండా రాష్త్రాభివృద్ధి మాత్రమే ధ్యేయం గా అలోచించి నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలి మనం ప్రాంతీయ అభిమానానికి తావిస్తే మనమే బలై పోతామని గుర్తించాలి. మనం రాజకీయ నాయకుల కుతంత్రాలకు బలి అవుదామా? మన బలమైన సీమాంధ్ర ని నిర్మించుకుందామా? సీమాంధ్రులు సమైక్యతకు ఉదాహరణ గా ఉందామా? కనీసం మనం సమైక్యులమా కాదా? సీమాంధ్రులు మంచివారు, తెలివిగల వారు అని పేరు తెచ్చుకోవాలి.రాజకీయ నాయకులు తెలుగు వారంటే జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండే విధంగా మనం ఉండాలి స్వర్ణాంధ్ర మనచెతులలో ఉంది. రాజకీయనాయకుల చేతులలో లేదు ఇది గుర్తించండి ఆలో చించాలి.... మనం అందరం అలోచించాలి... ఆలొచింప చెయ్యలి...ఆలోచించే చెయ్యలి
