Every year we set New Year resolutions like loosing weight, Stop Smoking etc. Well sadly resolutions dont last. Myself, I decided I wanted to loose weight and change the way I eat. I started on September 2nd, 2014 and decided I was going to start 2015 with my goal already accomplished. I do not weight myself either, but I can tell you my size in clothing is going down and feel full of energy. I stopped eating anything that is white & deserts. (Bread, Pasta, Yogurt, Milk, Cheese, White Rice)! I eat vegetables, meat, fish, chicken, turkey, fruit, almond milk, almond/coconut milk, oatmeal! So happy with the change! Thank you to my friend Rosita Tyberg and my niece Barbara Sneider who guided me to be on this healthy track!
