Every year when I make turkey stuffing I am reminded of how much - TopicsExpress

Every year when I make turkey stuffing I am reminded of how much work my grandmother put into hers. 1. Toasting white bread 6 slices at a time in the broiler part of the oven and tearing it up into fine pieces by hand. 2. Making cornbread from scratch. You know, not Jiffy. 3. Chopping the meats and veggies for her stuffing finely by hand and cooking them to make her own broth. I could go on. I am in her age range now, so I have the utmost gratitude for the recipe and model she left. I also have almost equal gratitude for the inventor of the food processor and all of the food companies that made products that ease the process of my creation. THANKFUL!!!
