Everybody knows that sushi should be served as fresh as possible,...but not always from the sea. Fresh beef and horse sushi are the specialty of restaurant Nikuzushi (which literally means meat sushi). The restaurant is located in Ebisu Yokocho, a vibrant alley with countless cozy restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a typical Japanese nightlife scene.
